      Hand Block Printing is an old Indian art form that utilizes a hand covered wooden block that is dipped in dye and stamped by hand onto cotton or silk fabrics. Block Printing is the earliest, yet slowest of all printing methods. This process of fabric printing is capable to yield high artistic results, which could not be obtained by other printing methods. Hand Block Printing designs could be carved on the block to get intricate and simple designs. Usually, traditional Indian motifs are used to achieve the hand block printing on fabrics.
